The semester is officially over! Wow, I can’t believe that my first year of Master studies are supposed to be done… It went so quick. The last weeks were very intense. Having two courses simultaneously with group works and lots of writing and reading is quite challenging. And sunny, warm days not necessarily help you to stay focused. I am glad to have some time off to relax and regain some strength Stockholm’s beautiful parks and beaches now (YES – sand beaches 🙂 ). I am looking forward to experiencing some more Swedish traditions such as camping in the archipelago, swimming in the sea, BBQ and picnics, national day and – of course – Midsummer!
Just like Ana, I will be going abroad for the next semester. A bit sad to leave this wonderful place but super excited to live in a city that seems to be almost the opposite of Stockholm and beautiful in a very different way. Beijing! From September until December I will take courses at Guanghua School of Management, a partner university to our school. Not only living in China but also receiving some China-focused education and getting some local contacts is what was so tempting and promising to me. For the adventure there is still much to organize but for such a once-in-a-life-time opportunity, all the effort is definitely worth it!
With the warmest Stockholm summer-feeling greetings,
